This tasty treat is produced using the prime part of any salmon, the collar! Juicy, oily and sure to please. Smoked with our brown sugar brine. Comes in 6 to 14 oz. vacuum sealed portions. These are very messy to eat but they are Awesome.

The collars arrive overnight frozen. They are as good as if you had gone to Alaska to pick them up. I recommend them.

Mixed peices of salmon with whipped cream cheese.(.gently).not moshed up.. and a little thin sliced green onion ...spread on thin sliced soft bruschetta bread...very tasty not over powering..now that's really well made..brushetta...wow..

Excellent taste and very versatile. I love this product, because when I have a taste for Salmon (which is often), and don't want to cook, I can just thaw and eat with a large variety of other foods; or with nothing else at all.
