An Alaskan favorite! Many locals prefer the delicate white flesh of this bottom fish to even the ever popular halibut. Alaskan Lingcod is widely enjoyed for its very light texture and mild flavor. Caught by local fishermen on the rocky reefs surrounding the coastline of the Kenai Peninsula. These fish are harvested in small quantities, and when available are considered a delicious treat. Portion sizes vary from 1/4lb up to 1lb each.

Ling Cod

As others have stated in their reviews, if you haven't tried Ling Cod, its a must. As with any quality fish, do not overcook. I spray the air fryer with a light coat of olive oil spray. Then air fry each side in short cycles. Time varies depending on the thickness and size of the fish. Do short runs. If needed, finish up with a short shot of bake. Lovely, great tasting fish. Tanners products are wonderful!

Ling Cod

Excellent! I usually purchase regular Cod but it was sold out so after reading the reviews, I tried the Ling Cod and we have been extremely pleased. A nice white meat fish that is excellent on its own or in a fish stew or chowder. We will be purchasing this fish again.
