These are sold by the package each package weighing 9 oz per package. Elk Sausage Contains: 30% Elk, 30% Pork, and 30% Beef, 10% Spices. All venison needs a binder meat to keep it moist since venison has very little fat.

Shipping Details

We ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for next day delivery. You must place your order one day prior to the day it will ship out before 3pm Alaska time (AKDT).

Example:

• An order placed before 3pm (AKDT) Tuesday will arrive on Thursday
• An order placed after 3pm (AKDT) Tuesday will arrive on Friday.

We ship to the continental USA. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada may incur additional charges.
