Sockeye Salmon

Some of the best salmon I have ever had! Arrived still frozen and packed nicely. The only issue I have is that when I weighed the packages they didn’t add up to 8 lbs of fish. It was short 3.2 ounces and the total weight includes the individual packaging. My opinion is that the weight should be for the fish alone not the packaging as well. Are you able to revisit this approach?

I bought Alaska salmon for the first time. I was really surprised. It tasted like salmon that was never seen before, as if it had no fat at all. I'm really satisfied.
