Alaskan Halibut and Coho Salmon Combo

After our last trip to Alaska, my wife and I were eager to have some delicious Alaskan Halibut on our grill in Texas. I found the Tanners through the internet and called to ask some questions and get a feel for their operation and products. I was impressed with what I found (they are a small family business; work with local independent fishermen; load at the dock, process, and package with freshness as priority; overnight shipping). Ordered the Halibut/Coho Salmon combo. Purchased the Shipping Insurance; because when it has to come to the western plains of Texas in late Summer (what y'all call Fall), the delivery truck could be spending hours in the hot sun!
It arrived on time as promised, still frozen solid. We have enjoyed both the Halibut and the Coho - they have proven to be as fresh and flavorful as we had hoped! DELICIOUS!!!
These folks and their products will always supply our table with the joys of Alaska's finest fish and seafood! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
