Scallops

Tanner's scallops were fresh, bearing tidings of the far away sea of that sparking land that is Alaska. They were large pearls, dug out from the rocks beneath the serene glassy waters that wash her shores. They are fleshy and mushy, delicious and delicate. Briskly fried in olive oil with sprinkles of flour, roasted garlic powder and black pepper on them until they turned golden brown and then covered in freshly made sauce with mint, rosemary, chopped green chili pepper, garlic and tomato sauteed lightly in butter with a dash of salt and sugar and with generous squeezes of fresh yellow lemon or green lime, the scallops taste exquisite, simply heavenly.

Ordered some King Crab legs and they were phenomenal, just like last time. Added scallops to the order on a whim and so glad that we did. Pan seared with salt, pepper and smoked paprika - delicious. Never had better, even in restaurant!
