I tried the Dover sole this time, and it's now my favorite Tanner's white fish! I cooked it simply with butter and garlic in the microwave and served it over rice. As usual, service and packaging was excellent.

Dover sole is hard to come by where I live, and I prefer it over other types of Sole. I really love the size of the packages it comes in - perfect size for dinner. It is always fresh and tastes great!
Great sole. My wife and I make a “paste” of pulverized macadamia nuts, orange zest and the juice of a half orange which we then slather on sole. Sprinkle on a little salt and pepper and lay a few thin butter slices on top. Bake to internal temp of 145 degrees or so then put under broiler till topping starts to brown. wWe used to use Petrale sole. Can’t find it lately so we ordered the Dover. Suffice it to say, we’re sticking with Tanners Dover. Smaller fillets, but wow, so good!! Thank you!!
I have been making a very Southeren French Bouilbasse for many years now. This Dover Sole is necessasry and this company has it. I ordered a min. of 10 lbs. Gotta have. It is and was great. Next time I will order 15-30 lbs.
