We ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for next day delivery. You must place order one day prior to the day it will ship out before 5pm Alaska time (AKDT).

Example:

An order placed before 3pm (AKDT) Tuesday will arrive on Thursday
An order placed after 3pm (AKDT) Tuesday will arrive on Friday.

Most of the crablegs in my 10lbs was freezer burn and I order two loose king crab knuckles but only received one

I host a crab leg party for 8 people every year at the end of summer. This year, my local retail supplier did not have jumbo Alaskan king crab legs in stock.

With only a week before the party, I called around and could not find the necessary quantity (10 lbs) - I was in a bind. I reluctantly began searching on line for a delivery option and after reading reviews, found Tanners. I was highly skeptical about placing an online order for such a large amount of expensive seafood for an important dinner party. Ultimately, I was mostly concerned about quality and freshness. Quickly running out of options, I decided to “roll the dice” to trust God and Tanners, that my order would arrive fresh and on time.

The online ordering and delivery process was simply outstanding. Tanners does a great job with expedited, overnight shipping from Alaska to (in my case) Cleveland Ohio. I received multiple, frequent communications from both Tanners and FedEx with updated order and delivery status. My delivery arrived within 30 minutes of expected time. The quality packaging and still frozen ice packs kept my crab legs frozen throughout the delivery process. They were frozen solid when I opened the box.

I would definitely order from Tanners again having confidence in the quality, communication, and delivery of specialty sea foods.
