The true traditional Native Style Smoked Salmon, smoked with beached aged cotton wood for that unique favor. Prime salmon fillets are sliced into long strips, then placed in a sea salt brine. Hand tied and hung on smoking racks. Smoked and air dried over 10 to 14 days. Sold as 1- 8oz Package

It is also known as “Hard Smoked Salmon” or “Salmon Jerky.”

Really good

Like the flavor. Great while fishing, hiking or by the camp fire. It reminds me of the smoked haddock I'd get back home.
